My autel keeps rebooting. I contacted the seller and tried the microsd card update but no fix. I cannot get pass the autel logo. Keeps rebooting. Im trying to get a copy of the software to update with micrso sd or something similar but I have not gotten any emails from Autel for the past two days dont know what to do now.

 The update the seller gave me failed because says its old
